Bente Halkier

Bente Halkier is the expert of behavioural science in the Danish Council on Climate Change. Since 2016, she has been Professor of Sociology at University of Copenhagen and head of the research group Culture and Civil Society. Before this, she was professor at Roskilde University. Bente Halkier’s research focuses on behaviour and habits in relation to food, consumption and food culture.
