Brita Bye
Senior researcher in the research department of environmental, resource and innovation economics at Statistics Norway. Brita Byes research areas are climate and environmental economics, public finances and economic growth. She works with development and application of numerical, macroeconomic general equilibrium modelling for analysis of climate-economic issues. Brita Bye is the former director of research at Statistics Norway and has been a member of several public committees such as the Green Tax Commission, the Commission for a green transition of passenger vehicles, and an expert group on policy instruments for circular activities.
