Researcher in sustainability of agricultural and food systems at the Institute of Agroecology, Aarhus University.
Among other, she do research on the climate footprint of food, methods of including biodiversity and carbon uptake in the soil in life cycle assessments and last but not least how to reduce the climate- and environmental impact of agricultural and food systems.
