Marie Trydeman Knudsen
Professor of sustainability of agricultural and food systems at the Institute of Agroecology, Aarhus University. Research areas include the carbon footprint and environmental impacts of food using life cycle assessment (LCA), critically assessing LCA methods to include e.g. biodiversity and carbon sequestration in LCA, as well as green transition and mitigation options in agricultural and food production systems.
Marie has been a member of the Danish Council on Climate Change since March 2019.
