Marie Trydeman Knudsen

Professor of sustainability of agricultural and food systems at the Institute of Agroecology, Aarhus University. Research areas include the climate and environmental footprints of food, methods for including biodiversity and soil carbon sequestration in life cycle assessments, and green transition of, as well as reductions in the climate and environmental impacts of, agricultural and food production systems.
